It is not my job to educate someone who doesn't actually care to be educated and someone too lazy to do any sort of research on their own before making a strong opinion. You should honestly google Will Wades role and the whole investigation because you have no clue what you are talking about.
Will Wade was only subpoenaed to testify. This case is so protected that the evidence may not ever make it out, and there is a possibility that Wade may not have to testify at all. I believe the date is set for the 22nd IIRC.
Do some googling though and you can most certainly find out what it is about, who is involved, why they are, and the controversies surround the ones involved and the case in general.

The truth regarding LSU is..........it is all speculation at this point.
The same goes for Zona, Duke, Louisville and every other school involved. What can the NCAA prove? How much info will they get from the FEDS that will aid the NCAA in their investigations? What will be allowed in court that may shed more light with damning evidence?
Unless you have a crystal ball, you have no way of knowing how any of this will play out.
