Kentucky LB Kash Daniel denies that he tried to injure Florida QB Kyle Trask but the video tells a different story. Includes a different video angle of the incident. Shame on you Kentucky for playing this guy this coming Saturday. And shame on the SEC office in Alabama!

I mean is this the worst thing anyone has seen in a pile?
I remember Brandon Spikes digging around in a Vanderbilt runningback's facemask like he was trying to fish a nickle out of a coin return.

If Dillon Day got suspended for the foot stomp/stepping, this guy should be suspended as well. There is no way to spin it, that he was not trying to break an ankle.

Stop enabling this behavior. All players who do shite like this should be punished. Everytime a player does something you have ppl saying the ol "Well, no one said anything when …"

Doesn't make either right...he deserves to sit out a game for clearly trying to injure a player. Do we not suspend for a game for targeting?

He also was suspended, and rightfully so. Also twice before that UGa's players had their hands inside Spikes facemask, and one of them ripped his helmet off. So a little different when it is retaliation.
Also, Georgia didn't just have one of their players carted off with a season ending eye injury, right before Spikes incident.

Guy looks like he'll be a future meth addict post-football.

You mean him pulling out the victim card?
quote:
“Do I talk a lot of crap? Absolutely. Do I bump a dude here and there to get underneath his skin and talk while I’m doing it? Absolutely. That’s part of my game and what I do. But am I out there to deliberately hurt somebody? Absolutely not, I’ve kept my mouth shut about it I’ve been biting my tongue as long as I can because that’s actually something that I actually hold close to me. I’m a victim of a dirty play and if you don’t believe me I’ve got a plate and seven screws in my right ankle to prove that. I’ve got a scar running halfway down my leg. “So I’m not out there to hurt anybody. My hand that I had surgery on — this one got stepped on as it was going down — this surgically repaired hand has two screws in it and if enough weight’s on it, still hurts like a you know what. “My hand’s caught underneath here, instantly gets stepped on. I’m trying to move s--- around, I pull my hand out of there last second because I just pulled it out, there was — I got it stuck underneath a lineman’s leg with all that weight on it. Then I pulled it free from that, kept moving stuff, kept hitting legs and stuff and finally it came through. Maybe he felt something weird, I don’t know, but I’m not out there to twist nobody’s ankle or hurt nobody. End of story.”
See bold print. 3 times in his statement he played the victim.

Twice the penalty spikes got for eye gouging? Come on now.

Spikes was over 10 years ago, so it is hard to compare really. The game has changed in the way they protect the players at pretty much all costs now.
