Dawg fans, what’s up with IW just quitting on the Titans?

He must be "opting out" not quitting

You won’t believe this but just because we support the school where he played doesn’t mean we have him on speed dial.

Google can be your friend.

The Titans should try and hire Kirby. Seems he's the only one who can keep him in check.

Kirby

I’m worried for him. Forget football at this point. I’m actually not sure he’s equipped to function as an independent adult.

Not to mention that Kirby can keep the Titans continual playoff failures going

He’s a dude that can’t handle money and fame. He’s too immature

It appears he just wanted the money. Almost 6 million signing bonus with 11 million guaranteed earnings.

Titans will almost certainly attempt to claw a lot of that back.

This. It looks like his goal was just to get to the NFL. He apparently doesn't have the foresight to understand that financially, the real goal should be getting that second contract.

Which unfortunately is the mindset of a lot of guys.

second contract.

If guys had the foresight, they'd realize that the second contract is what sets them up for life.

Bruce actually lasted 11 seasons in the NFL and if Wilson doesn't get some type of professional help he won't come close to that.

The 1988 first round is one of the weakest in history too.

I’m not slamming UGA here.
Most of these football “student athletes” are barely average - to - below average intelligence, so they make bad decisions.

I just thought you folks might know “the rest of the story”.

Some people think he's bipolar but it's really just rumors at this point.

Some bad RB's but a couple HOF WR's.

What a horrible year to have a the first pick though.
