The answer is no.
The sole reason LSU hired the A&M AD away was because they got all the calls at the end of their football game which is clearly caused by the AD, and Alleva was powerless to stop it. The new guy just hasn't had a chance to get his minions in place enough to thwart the OU AD from getting all the calls which was clearly bought and paid for.
