I don't even remember Rod Dowhower. Damn

Also, Woody Widenhofer was 15-40 at Vandy. He should probably be on the list twice

Ears could easily be the worst head coach of any major program of all time, regardless of conference.

As bad as he was, the university didn't help him any. He wasn't allowed to bring in his own staff as virtually all of them were holdovers from the Drew and Thomas eras. Plus...the players on his football team had a HUGE discipline problem. They went around randomly attacking students, had wild parties into the wee hours of the morning just about every night (including on nights before a game), and frequently engaged in fist fights on the practice field.

While one can certainly blame Whitworth for enabling/doing nothing about that particular culture, many of the discipline problems that ran rampant during his tenure actually began under his predecessor.

South Carolina was in the ACC from '53-'70 for football

however, we'll happily nominate the fatass on the right for consideration and his 13-26-1 SEC record

the mike price spring game was a shite show, anyone remember that?

I think there was just offense and defense, not even 2 teams.

They ran the spread, it poured and in the 2nd quarter and most left.

Then hookers and blow.

I suspect this was the intent of the thread. Very nicely done. A sucker punch to the ole mail pouch.

Woody Widenhofer was Vandy's coach. 15-40 (0.27).
