If Tennessee gets Schiano, Mullen goes to Florida, and Jimbo stays away from a7m, the rest of the SEC has to feel very happy with these coaching hires.

Very unsexy hire that Tennessee fans will be very unhappy with, but if you can be decent at Rutgers you must be pretty good.
