Or.....or..... with the pending 13 game schedule, the SEC could eliminate the OOC games and play a round robin schedule because does it really help the conference to have teams play Sunbelt/WAC/CUSA teams when it already possesses teams of the same caliber in Mizzou, Kentucky, and Tennessee?

Correct. And when the SEC added Arkansas and South Carolina, it found this provision (which existed for some smaller conference) and turned it into the cash cow (and ratings bonanza) that it has become.

No. It would be too difficult to determine a conference champ. If there is no SECCG then the division should be dissolved and you get rotation of everyone......feasible to have 3 teams with the same record and not playing each other. Could be a cluster.


I say keep the SECCG.
