OSU fan on MSB said Young's transgression may have happened last year, which makes every game he played in this year not legit.

If true.

They happened in 2008, but for vacated wins the Ohio State would have had to have been complicit. With proof*

There were several Bama players who lent, not sold, some class books to their friends. The books were turn in at the end of that semester.
The NCAA found out and we got probation and loss of games.
Don’t tell me the school has to know.

Not at all. Alabama was not complicit in the textbook five in 2007. We just had lousy supervision.

That's comical even to Bama fans.

"Dee said four football players were the worst offenders, obtaining books worth between $2,700 and $3,950. Dee said the athletes improperly obtained textbooks worth approximately $40,000. Athletes get free textbooks with their scholarships, but some were accused of getting additional textbooks for other students."

But yeah, Alabama was guilty of nothing more than poorly supervising the distribution of textbooks.

Sounds like it happened in 2018 which would mean vacated wins during that time
He probably sits a game or two but will be back for Michigan
Probably has to pay agent back
All the voters will feel sorry for him and the whole pay for play debate will come up across all media platforms and how unfair the NCAA is

Eh. I could see this being a situation where the NCAA says frick it and brings the hammer, just because they can.

Apparently he took $500 from his uncle and paid it back last year. Bruce Feldmen said he spoke to NCAA compliance person about it and Young will be suspended for one game if they can prove he paid it back.
