How do you think everyone pans out? Tennessee, do they get a rebuilding year pass? Florida, does Dan Mullin really turn things around in the first year? Does Bama make another run? Does LSU get their offense together? Has aTm found the coach that can change the atmosphere there and be successful? Can Ole Miss get out of the dumpster fire? Can Arkansas get back on the map?
Let’s hear it folks!!

Tennessee will probably never win the East again. There just isn't enough talent in their backyard an 4 and 5 star kids from more desirable locations aren't going to move across country for Tennessee.

Arkansas was never really on the map to begin with, so their fans should never really have high expectations. Dan Mullen will be good at Florida but his ceiling is low. Doubt he ever makes it to the CFP.

Texas A&M has the most promise. Don't see them really making an impact until Saban retires though.

I feel much better about the 2018 season now than I did in November.

How is Dan's ceiling low? Because he couldn't win the SEC at a school that has only done it once...in WW2 era. That he was the best coach in the history of by a large margin win percentage wise?

Before he actually came to Florida, all the talk here was how he'd be amazing in a big program. Now that it happens, people act like he somehow underachieved despite being the best ever there.

LSU will suck and be 5tb or 6th in the West.

He's already underachieving greatly on the recruiting trail. But you Gators do your best to try to spin that any way that you can.

Underachieved recruiting?

You going full retard over there? He is in a transition class and has already landed two top 100 players Mac had nothing to do with, and got two top 100 transfers already. Projected by CB's to have six top 100 players. Sounds like a pretty good class to me. It's top ten on every site in average star ranking already.

So the average recruiter could land eight top 100 players in a transition class.

Yea. Dudes sucking.

Delusional just as I expected. You currently have the #31 ranked class according to rivals and the #17 class according to 247. That's shite. You also have no real shot at landing the big names you are going after before the February signing period. You're going to strike out with all of the 5 stars y'all want and pretty much all of the 4 stars. Face it dude, he is already underachieving.

Good Lord some of you people have the memory retention of a goldfish. Arkansas finished in the top 5 not that long ago. Believe it or not 2011 does not predate the written word.

As to the Vols never winning the East again... slow your roll homes. Never is a long damn time. With the right coaching staff and some good recruiting... and it isn't that hard to get recruits to go there... they can easily win the East.

This may stun and amaze you... but just because a team had a bad year it does not mean they will always have a bad year and have always had bad years.

The best part is that NO other school will try to get him. He will be the longest tenure coach ever.

And? That's not where it is going to finish, we have a lot of spots left to fill. Mullen's transition class could be better than any class Mac was able to sign.

Meyer finished 11th or 15th depending on the service. Zook was 12th I believe. Mullen's first class will be in the same neighborhood.

Now that O hired his boy Ensminger, we're going to run the offense O wants.

Florida will be in transition until Dan gets "his" QB. Maybe there is the right type on campus already, but I don't think so.

But "transition" for Florida is 8-4 or 9-3 where it was 5-7 to 7-5 for us. I think Florida will be really good on defense next year, and improved but not great on offense. They will be 4-0 headed to Starkville, and that will be a tough game for them. I'll call it a toss up. They will beat LSU and Vandy, and lose to Georgia. Their 4 game stretch to end the season is going to be tough. Missouri will be much better, SCAR will be tough, and FSU is always tough. Luckily, Mizzou and SCAR are at home. 8-4 or 9-3 is easily doable.
