Actually the NCAA hasn't started their investigation yet and has said it'll probably be close to August when they are ready to dive head first into all this FBI stuff

Not wrong. The FBI shite isn't even over, the NCAA can't get access to the FBI files until after sentencing and everything is over with, and obviously they can't begin their own investigation in earnest without that.

Javonte Smart is from Baton Rouge and didn't get an UK offer which was the only thing that would have kept him from LSU.
I'm not naive enough to think that some things were done on the side as all teams do that, but it's not near the level of Ole Miss football
