They may fall on their face this year, but he took a brutally bad program to the NIT in his first year.

Year 2 he won the SEC.

Year 3 he tied for 2nd.

Year 4 he is currently tied for 2nd with 2 of the Ls to the new blueblood of SEC basketball.

Not too bad.
