Says they're not not putting their neck out there for nothing. He said they know way more about the situation than anybody. He then said administrators by nature are just risk averse people.

Completely different situation.
OJ was charged and taken to trial, and was acquitted by a jury. But they had enough to charge him.
The DA has determined they don't have anything to even charge Miller with.
