Nearly everything Ole Miss did to get on probation is still NCAA illegal.

Auburn has the most NCAA infractions in the SEC for football. The NCAA likely has a satellite office in Opelika.

No. It's legal to buy recruits now. They basically gave up and are just worrying about adjusting Targeting rules every year.
