Will the Big 10 make a competing offer for Texas & Oklahoma?

Texas and OU still aren't slated to join the SEC for another few years. Plenty of time for the Big 10 to make them an offer.
Would UT/OU listen?
Does the Big 10 make an offer for UT, OU, and oSu as a 3 team package?
I have to think OU would listen hard to that deal. Maybe add Kansas for Basketball too and take all 4, plus the SoCal schools.
Helluva conference that would be...

It's a legitimate question.
UT and OU flirted with the Big 10 and the Pac during the last round of realignment before opting to stay in the Big 12.
I have to think they'd be open to hearing an offer from the Big 10 if one were to be made.

I would love for Texas to go to the Big 10. No way they take a garbage academic school like OU.

Cope with what?
All reports say OU drove the decision to jump to the SEC. OU has also been reluctant to leave oSu behind unless absolutely necessary.
If the SEC and Big 10 are trying to build superconferences out of the best programs in the lesser conferences, I have no doubt the Big 10 is thinking hard about how to keep the SEC from gaining UT & OU.

Texas would listen hard. OU doesn't have the Academic prestige that the B1G requires

If we really are heading towards two superconferences, and all indications the last few years say we are, then the Big 10 isn't going to have the luxury of being that picky on academic standards. There aren't enough major athletic programs with that kind of academics left to pick from.

If I'm Big 10 commissioner, looking to build a 20 team superconference.
I want:
UCLA
USC
Texas
Oklahoma
Washington
Kansas
I might be willing to drop Kansas or Washington for Oklahoma State if I had to to get UT and OU. Colorado would be up next if any of those declined.
That would make a 20 team conference, coast to coast. With major programs in all part of the country except the deep south, including the 7 largest metro areas in the US.

OU and Texas fit in the SEC; they ain't going anywhere. This is a business, they serve a purpose. Also, that's enough of not playing the Texas A&M vs Texas game. I want to play them every year.
BIG10 is moving west; they will absorb a few more Pac12 teams. USC and UCLA are in the biggest TV market of that conference. Other Pac12 teams are scrambling right now. Stanford is a sure bet to go BIG10. Colorado, Washington and Oregon to round up 20.
SEC should add adding NC State and Virginia Tech to get 18. to get 20, I think we go for Florida State and Clemson
8 team playoff, 4 teams per super conference (SEC vs BIG)
College Football League is inaugurated 2025. Pro league.
Teams will be owned by shareholders.
Public universities will own majority of shares. Private investors(donors & collectives) will own a portion of shares, but not majority.
Private universities will own all shares.
Shares will not be publicly traded.
Dividends will be payable at % of net profit established by each team owner.

What happens to UNC and Duke? Both of those schools are coveted. I'd like to see both in the SEC.

UNC and Duke do not bring enough football shareholders, they are basketball schools.
Football programs will detach themselves from NCAA and the other sports. Universities will own Football teams, will make a profit from them, and will fund the other sports under the Athletic department.
In biz jargon, Universities will spin off football operations and issue shares to fund such biz venture.
