Seems like a homerun hire. This probably wouldn't help LSU with recruiting though.

Chip Kelly. And that will help LSU recruiting.

Frank Wilson is what passes for a homerun hire these days? He's been at UTSA for what 45 minutes?

As a position coach if at all.

For A&M? Yes, he'd be a great hire for them in my opinion

So you think A&M goes after a coach with 1 season under his belt? Its going to be another 5 or so years before Wilson is on that level.

Sure hope they don't go after Aranda.

If the Roadrunners win again this year — if they knock off Houston or Baylor and then make a run at a division or league title the way many think they can — she won’t be able to stop bigger programs from calling.

Hickey won’t be able to stop Wilson from taking those calls, and she probably won’t be able to match what they offer.

Last I heard Chip doesn't want back in the college game at all specifically bc he hates recruiting. What information do we have that this has changed?

Zero chance Wilson gets even an interview for the arse to mouth job. They will back the money truck up for a big name.

Chip Kelly seems like the obvious choice, but his recruitment record is pretty meh. I would say Fedora or Gundy would get the hardest looks outside of Chip.
