He doesn't seem to fit in nor he seem to have known what he was in store for when he took a SEC job.

Whining is a bit excessive in this press conference for someone getting paid so much in Mississippi

Wow he sounded like he was about to cry. He's a very sensitive guy. I really hope he doesn't read this board.

Urban Meyer?!?! Nice to wish for things - there are only a few jobs he would consider

I tell you who ya'll should seriously consider---Gene Chizik. Give him a chance at redemption.

If LSU hangs 60 on him I wonder if he can emotionally handle the abuse he will get from the MSU fans??

He may just quit.

Kirby will be available after he coaches UGA in the Weed Wacker Bowl.

"All in all, he's a better coach than Mullen in every facet of the game."

-hundreds of State fans, December 2017.

Talk about a fanbase that is completely delusional. Dan Mullen was and will always be the best coach in the history of your football program. Winning is just not sustainable in Starkville, MS unless you're an elite coach.

Their open wound that offseason was very innocent, naive, funny and sad all at the same time.

It won them the offseason even after I tried so hard to get that war with the chickens going.

He can coach circles around Dan Mullen. They are just imaginary, tho. Or maybe an optical illusion and we can't see them.

Bumping this thread because of new rumors and the mention of Chizik.

People I know ( ) have been pushing Chizik for several weeks.

The advantage of hiring a coach now is that there are still a few weeks in the current recruiting season.

Moorhead doesn't fit in and knows it.

I suspect he is being encouraged to resign this next weekend after the egg bowl.
