Will Mark Richt publicly apologize for UGA's dirty play?

Shy Tuttle was injured when Georgia O-lineman, Brandon Kublanow, intentionally went after his knees. It was deliberate, and it was dirty.
I know Richt is a man of morals and integrity. Will university officials allow him to do the right thing and apologize?

I'd rather us not sound like whiny counts as a couple of the UGA fans have done. shite happens in football, it's a violent game.

Accidents happen.
Going after the knees is a systematic plan to intentionally injure. Big differences.
Chubb was an accident in the way he landed. Tuttle was targeted.

He couldn't even see what he was grabbing. Then he stomped him with cleats on. Piece of shite should be suspended.

Looked like a cut block to me, which is legal. Anytime somebody gets hurt by a cut block, it is all of a sudden dirty. I don't personally like cut blocks but they are within the rules when done properly.

Was it the same player? To be honest, I was highly intoxicated during the game and I haven't involved myself in these types of threads.
