Will Brian Kelly get the same treatment as O?

If he wins a national championship and then has 2 subpar seasons after, will LSU fire him like O? While I think it's a very good hire, O never even got the chance to fix the issues.

O caused O’s issues. O got himself fired

Depends on if Kelly immediately divorces his wife and starts hitting on booster's wives, making hires without interviewing them first, or needing opposing coaches to tell him what he's doing wrong.

I think LSU’s parting of ways with EO were as much about his off the field issues as what may (or may not) have happened on the field.

If Brian Kelly wins a title and then follows it up with not one, but two 0.500 seasons with needing new coordinators each year, yes.

Depends. Will he get divorced and start chasing pussy half his age, have it posted all over the internet, challenge boosters to fights and hit on their wives? If the answer is anything other than yes, he's probably fine.

Can't disagree with that. He needed to go before he killed the program and buried it for 10 years.

LSU is dysfunctional. Who knows what will happen. This is a desperation hire. Kelly has never won a damn thing and when he’s faced Bama he’s been torched. Sounds like the last few LSU coaches. Hmmmm…good luck!

That's because he'd have to fix himself.

Kelly can handle success unlike Ed so I doubt it.

I’d be concerned if Kelly started showing up in public shirtless.

Why can't people realize that LSU's organization is a dumpster fire under coach O?

Weird way to say we have a few good years but can’t sustain success. Obviously you’re fine with that. Not everybody can be a 100-year college football blue blood.
