I don't think any Auburn fan feels like this is "poking fun". As a person it comes off as a bit pathetic, weak, impotent. Not certain of exactly how I'd describe it, but to each his own. Carry on.
With so much to "poke" Auburn with...Gus, historical 8 win football average, Gus, etc...one wonders why this would be a focus.
