Will anyone compete with LSU for #1 in the West?

Alabama is losing close to 100% of their offense. A&M is losing arguably its best DL, it's top tackler, it's QB, and nearly its entire OL. Auburn is breaking in a new coach.
Ole Miss might be able to give LSU a run, but the rest of us are competing for #3, boys.

I would say it's 3 or 4 teams that could emerge from the SEC West. We have Texas A&M and Ole Miss back to back first half of season...I'm hoping for a split for Bama and we're in good shape.

I applaud you for realizing this now, rather than during the season. But, that should not stop us from supporting and enjoying watching all of our student athletes across all 14 institutions of higher learning compete at the highest level of intercollegiate athletics.

Whichever one of aTm and/or UGA don't get to ATL this year, they need to move out of the way and reassess.
2022 will be strong arse Bama and LSU teams with talent and experience, if they can maintain coaching stability. GotC Pt 4.
