For one with insane expectations, in the toughest conference in the country and little job security?
And yet he did. This guy has serious chest, and I love it.

I think he's dissatisfied at ND tbh. He knows he's hit his ceiling there. I hope his ceiling here includes NC's but I guess we'll see.

I didn’t think Kelly was any more attainable than Saban, regardless of pay.
This is a guy who wants to compete at the highest level. You have to respect that.

He made the playoffs and bcsnc with ND recruiting. And when he got whooped he got jealous, he believed it was because these guys like Smart, Saban, and Dabo were able to build monsters that he wasn't able to. He thought "I could do that if I had their recruiting." And he just bet on himself

Ssh ssh it's all I got atm. I mean we all know it was for the money. There isn't one of us who wouldn't leave our jobs for that kinda pay raise.
