Why the optimism among LSU fans?

I have seen multiple predictions from LSU folks of a big win over UGA this year. I question the logic behind that. They lost their senior QB. They lost Guice to the NFL. Their draw out of the East is Georgia and Florida (tough). Ensminger returns as Offensive Coordinator. Wasn't he fired and then replaced by Matt Canada a year ago? So LSU fired the guy, hired someone else, fired that person, and hired Ensminger again. That sounds like Tennessee's coaching search from a couple months ago. This can't end well.
My Prediction -
LSU will probably lose 5 games this year - Alabama, Texas A&M, Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi State. LSU will probably receive an Independence Bowl invitation.

He was the TE Coach when Miles and Cameron were fired. Ensminger stepped in as acting OC for the remainder of the season before hiring Canada as OC and Ensminger going back as TE Coach.

Lol everything after georgia and florida part is wrong. Ensminger wasn't fired, he was just demoted then promoted by his boy Ed O. I know it is a bit confusing, but try to keep up before this train leaves the station.

I'd agree that LSU beats Auburn. I'd also say they win one out of MSU, A&M, and florida.

Steve Ensminger is a positive not a negative.
Pay attention to his play calling. He will surprise.
Joe Burrow.
WR’s ...we have too many of them.
RB’s a very good group that will surprise.
OL ....very good.
T.E. ....very good and we will actually use them in the passing game.
(Don’t tell anyone)
Defense...
Front 7 will be dominant with depth.
Secondary as usual very good...a little light on depth.
Kicking game....very good.
