Why must we do this every year?

Every year, Fromm (rightfully so) is questioned as a QB.
But every year, he plays great in SEC Championship games.
Before the 2017 SEC Championship, the narrative was that Fromm could only throw slants and curl routes. They said that Fromm could not win the big game.
2017 SEC Championship: 16/22, 183 yards, 2 TDs.
Once again in 2018, the narrative is that Fromm is a game manager, and that he couldn’t go head to head with a QB like Tua.
2018 SEC Championship:
Tua Tagovailoa: 10/25, 164 Yards, 1 TD, 2 INT
Jake Fromm: 25/39, 301 Yards, 3 TD
Once again, criticism of Fromm is justified, he has looked awful this year. And he may lay an egg on Saturday, but just know he tends to play better in big moments.

Fromm will have a good game on Saturday. Trask had a great game against LSU. So did Tua. Nix and Mond... not so much. But I bet Fromm will have a decent game.

Fromm only plays well vs us and the SEC title game for some damn reason. It's infuriating

He didn't seem to do all that well in the 2nd half of the NC game iirc.

I think UGA beats LSU. They're sneaky and quietly good. They're GREAT on Defense.
LSU is somewhat playing with house money as they'll get in to the CFB playoffs no matter what. UGA has to win to get in and I think they'll do just that.
Also they'll provide a gampeplan to stop LSU on Defense which Clemson masters and slaughters LSU in round 1.

Fromm this year looks different than the past two years.
Is he injured? Rumors around that he has a sore shoulder..?
He lost some great receivers as well.
For me, it has been surprising that he has had such poor completion % numbers.
Maybe he just doesn't have the personnel or scheme that will allow him to have better performances? IDK.

What game plan is that? The one Alabama this year runs, which is very similar?
Or the one UGA ran last year, which is idea identical?
Burrow owns that defense and LSU is far too balanced to be shut down

So youre saying if LSU loses to UGA, LSU falls to 3 and Clemson moves up to 2, and UGA stays the same? Or are you saying Clemson jumps OSU and LSU falls to 4? In what world does LSU lose and not fall to 4? You are stupid.

I very much agree with OP's premise, however the very obvious difference is 17/18 had Ridley/Hardman/Hollomon/Wims/Nauta/Godwin to throw to, 19 will have none of the above.

Fromm will have an amazing game. I predict he throws for 500 yards. Probably 4 or 5 TD passes.

Hard to predict but let's assume OSU and Clemson win along with UGA beating LSU.
#1 OSU
#2 Clemson
#3 LSU (rewarded for their season)
#4 UGA (rewarded for winning sec champ game)
Just as possible that UGA goes to #3 and LSU falls to #4. Either ways, Clemson's defense is underrated since the 2nd half of the season and OSU's defense is probably the best outside of UGA (if UGA gets in).

were you dropped as a child? If we beat LSU (unlikely, but we're talkign hypothetical), there is zero chance whatsoever they woudl be ahead of us. There is a less than zero percent chance that we would stay put at 4 in the rankings.
