Maybe because he is at his alma mater in his second year as HC and is playing for a Conf. title. Why would he want to leave? Especially after he was dumped by Georgia

Why would Richt leave Miami? Alma mater and has invested a few million of his own money into the program.

My point is once you are going to pay 7-8 million why not think about him
