And waiting till the last minute to make decisions re: the game. People's safety is at risk here folks. I don't get it.

Because they finally realize how dumb it is to try and force the game in Gainesville and there is infighting on the only logical alternative at this of moving the game to BR

We'd move the game to BR, but want LSU to play in tSwamp next year. LSU said no. Sorry your AD negotiates like a pussy.

First, HC and AD want to not lose another game now. They still believe they have a chance at the east divisional champ.
Second, HC know his team is very weak right now and would lose badly Saturday morning.
To avoid this game this weekend is the only reason for the decisions that have been made.
Delay to Nov 19, or cancel. Sticking to those choices make Florida look like they do not believe in the players that are ready to play can win a game this weekend.
