Why is Miss State so heavily favored vs Ole Miss?

I know my history between these two teams and records never mean shite. The Egg Bowl has seen so called "upsets" happen too often.
Throw out records and all other stats, these games have so much hatred that there is no way we are that big favorites. Seen too many and I know better than to fall for that point spread. I guess we will see on Thanksgiving night.

I like your confidence. Hope you are right but I think the score is going to change with momentun for both teams during the game. My key to winning is either ahead in the 4th or very close at the 4th. We tend to run stronger late as our OL wears down people.

I hate playing on Thansgiving but since we just restored that time slot, at least we all get to watch a rivalry game that evening. It's better than no football. I suspect it will have a large tv audience.
