He's not gone until either the end of the season or he loses to us/vandy. Bama and LSU are just gonna have fun with him.

Logistically, it's a huge deal to fire a guy mid-season.
Unless he's done something immoral or illegal, there's little reason not to wait a month 'till the season ends.
That doesn't mean the PsTB can't (and aren't) reaching out to replacements.
Sit tight. Professionally, it makes sense not to be assholes about it.
Potential coaches will watch how UT handles it; the coaching fraternity is tight.

I’m not a techie guy or I would do this:
I envision a video clip from the end of Ole Yeller where they’ve had the dog penned up for so many days waiting to see if he shows signs of rabies and it’s the last day only when the boy goes out to check on Ole Yeller, the dog is rabid and quite mad. I can see someone photoshopping Butch’s head on Ole Yeller and a big orange UT on his side. Saban’s head has been photoshopped onto the boy. He goes back inside and gets the rifle and tells his Ma, “I’ll do it! He’s my dog!”
And Saban puts Butch down.

Actually I prefer to watch Vols & Shaft suffer. Nobody can suffer like UK fans. its refreshing.

What's the point if firing him in the middle of the season? It does nothing other than make you feel good
