Why is Alabama signing baseball players from Canada?

We fought and won more than one war in this country to stave off the British monarchy and the loyalists to the crown. Those bastards even later sat back and allowed their own cousins to be slaughtered by the Bolshevics in Russia, did nothing about it, sat back on their big English butts and had tea and biscuits. Cousin Nicolas is dead? Oh well. The Brits didn't care. Neither does Alabama.
Georgia for instance was settled by debtors from English prisons and such, and I have great respect for them. Giving the finger to English usury agents. Screw you Queen Victoria! Germans!
But Alabama, smh, bowing as the Federalists did. Signing baseball players from Canada. To spy on us. Lapdogs to the Illuminati. Bavarians. All of them. Probably Auburn too. And Ole Miss, naming Oxford after Oxford. Shame on you Jukin.
Forget the kids from America who might benefit from those baseball scholarships. Let's give them to Canadians? Really?

I had 3 teammates, while at bama, who were Canadian. Bothered me none. Now the 2 RSAs and Zimbabwean occasionally said some things that threw me off
