It's a fair statement. Winning 1 is an outlier. Until we win another, we are, in fact, simply the most recent SEC school to win one.

Being in the east their schedule is just as charmin soft as an ACC schedule.

Why did Bama struggle against 4 common opponents that UGA positively suffocated?

While you were "at full strength", as the howls of protest about the CFPCG indicate?

I never said it was untrue. You know where they're going with that line of thinking, however.

Bama fans like that are absolutely desperate to commit any levels of mental gymnastics that help them minimize the truth that on the biggest stage, they lost.

That's a bit unfair. You know 99% of the time the loser of the SECC is out. And that is almost always a top 4 matchup.

Meanwhile, Clemson is playing an unranked team to stamp their ticket.

It's still a free pass for 12 games. Then you play Bama. Its crazy similar. Will Georgia play a ranked team in 2022? Maybe Oregon? I have no clue who is second in the East. Most are 25-40 range. Then SC and Vandy.

West was 10-4 vs the East this year. I think it will be worse in 2022.

Even if Georgia was down you would never know. Same as Clemson. CFB scheduling is so bad.

It’s possible. Kirby is a much better coach than Auburn or LSU had when they won their championships. It’s also possible Kirby has the same issue most coaches have after a championship and he won’t be able to get the players to stop thinking they are unbeatable. Saban does it better than anyone and he still has issues with it every few years.
Plus, if you listen to Arkie fans no one is going to want to stay on a championship team and wait their turn anymore so dynasties are dead. Lol

For 2021 and 2022 our schedule looks a lot like yours (unless you're buying in to the 8-5 Aggies really being top 10).

Alabama was a shadow of its former self and wasn't even the same team that had beaten Georgia in Atlanta a month prior

Are they the same team that almost lost to all of the teams Georgia blew out? Georgia played a lot of the same teams as Bama and looked like the better team all year. Then the SEC championship happened and we saw a result that didn’t line up with what the evidence showed us all year. Georgia then blows out #2 and beats Bama by 15 the second time, confirming what we knew to be true all year. Georgia is just better. SEC championship was a fluke.

LSU, Ole Miss and A&M will be better then any team in the East not named Georgia next year.

That was a bet opportunity lost.
