Why does LSU foul so much?

How does a team commit 35 fouls?
Were the players trying to foul out so they could take a break from getting that arse beat?

The refs gifted your team a victory tonight but still doesn’t change the fact that your team sucks and will be playing in the NIT

Someone needs to tell Will Wade that the hack-a-Shaq defense doesn't work against a team full of guards.

I know you’re trolling but I’ll play along. LSU commits less fouls than all the teams in the SEC, there is a reason for that. And no I’m not saying our defense is good

Because Arkansas is their Final Four game.

Will give you guys credit. Y’all called this arse whipping after we beat y’all in January

3D chess baw. Gotta throw a few to give the illusion of mediocrity. We don't need to shine too much until down the road. There was no evidence of strong arse offers last night.

Just for kicks, do you remember how that game in January played out?

Wooooo pigs did the refs make sure you won that one....they gifted you 54 free throws! I don’t know if I’ve ever seen that

I honestly forgot how much beating LSU meant to arky fans

We actually foul the least amount of any SEC team. Arkansas shot 54 FTs last night, the most previous high against us all season long was 29.
The most fouls we committed in any other game was 25 (which went to overtime) and last night 35
They were calling off ball fouls on rebounds and inbound passes. We aren’t a deep team...when 3 starters had two fouls each five minutes into the game it was obvious it was going to be a bad time
I don’t even know how the final score ended up being close, we were playing three players who had barely played this season significant minutes

Put together a highlight reel of the foul calls you objected too and we’ll analyze in this thread. Let’s get to the bottom of this. Thank you.

No refs made a mistake and thought Arky was KU. Only team I see get more bs calls like last night is KU playing at home.

At this point we deserve to play in the NIT. I dont think we would win either. We need three point shooting badly. Skylar Mays cant do it all by himself.

Well, based on the way the calls were going.... I would have told them, "if you foul out, go to the locker room." Say what you want, but that was a horrible job by those R-Kansas refs.
