Why does Auburn handle 4 loss seasons better than LSU?

Please excuse my fellow swamp water LSU fans who have been asleep since 2007.
But to answer the OP question.....
I think it's because we LSU fans know that we could be so much more. It doesn't matter that Bama is winning big. We expect to be actually CHALLENGING them. The majority of Bama recruits are from right here in Louisiana. Plain and simple....we should be playing better football. And hiring better coaches.

Actually, the Rant has been in meltdown mode ever since the beginning of the season and long before LSU suffered its first loss of the season because there is a large contingent on the Rant, but not in the State, just on the rant that absolutely hates coach O with every fiber of their being. As they literally spend every last second of their lives hating on coach O, and they won't ever stop hating on O no matter how many Natty he collects or how long he remains at LSU, which I hope is for a very long, long time because their misery brings me great pleasure, joy, and happiness.
As they want to be able to tell everybody that we told you so! We told you that O was not qualified to be the head coach of LSU. So, if O suffers a 7 and 5 regular season in his 12th season as head coach at LSU, they still want to be able to tell everybody that they told us so.

Most tiger fans have serious issues.
I really think it stems from Nick. Most find it difficult to accept that he could have been here doing what he is doing and that he chose to leave. So now they see what could have been and only accept that. Nick has 100% made the majority of the conference his bitch and LSU is #1 on that list. Pains me to say it as a tiger fan but in reality it’s true.
