I’m not a car guy, so I would appreciate some input.
Thanking you in advance.

The Duke boys had a charger.

Is this some sort of sports metaphor?

I’ve been told Challengers don’t hold together very well.

Dodge Charger and ram truck stadium in LA

Japanese transmissions? The Japs have a notorious rep for poor tranny quality. They almost put Chrysler under @ one point when they tried to save a few bucks using inferior Japanese made transmissions. Most Transmissions are made by big transmission companies and they sell to all manufacturers. Hardly any vehicle is truly made by any specific company. Manufacturers merely assemble the parts they purchase from suppliers. Now Ford builds the transmissions for Ford pickups and get this....Chevy and GMC pickups. They are the same. And Chevy builds he transmissions for Suburbans and Tahoes and....Ford Expeditions and the Lincoln Navigator.

4 doors on a Charger - makes it easier to rob the Quickie Mart with your crew.

I think the Vietnamese lead the league in trannies.

They've been using Aisin transmissions a subsidiary of Toyota in the full size diesel rams and they are quality.
They'll last longer than the Chrysler product they're installed in.
My main point though stands. Chrysler Dodge Jeep is trash these days. It's just affordable trash.

I bet that there have been quite a few trannies made in BatonRouge around Tiger Stadium.

Charger's are what the police drive. I personally like the Challenger better.

I like what ever the FSU baseball players drive,
they know how to drive it home...

Damn o-rings on the solid boosters.

Chargers are cheaper. LSU got to save some money for other "strong offers".
