McCoy and Hicks match the descriptions of the two suspects, but nothing has been officially stated and no charges have been filed. The only official statement was they missed curfew and were sent home.

Supposedly suspended because they missed curfew. Let me tell you, Brown doesn't suspend ANYONE for missing curfew so that's bullshite.
There are sexual assault allegations being investigated. Report is that Case McCoy was not doing the assaulting. Report is not clear if the girl was assaulted and Case just watched or if Case was assaulted by Hicks and the girl just watched.
Surely no one believes these guys were suspended over a curfew violation... that's a joke.
