Peak offseason.

For A&M I would go with...

Von Miller (SB MVP, 7x Pro Bowl, 7x All-Pro)
Khris Middleton (2019 All-Star, Avg 18-6-4 last year)
Ross Stripling (2018 All-Star, Career 3.57 ERA over 4 seasons)

NFL - Peterson or OBJ
NBA - Ben Simmons
MLB - Alex Bregman

Thought he didn't claim LSU, and LSU fans don't claim him

It's not Bama:

NFL: Julio Jones (stud)
NBA: Colin Sexton (young, nice rookie season, but nothing special yet)
MLB: All there are are journeyman catcher (Alex Avila), a handful of journeyman relief pitchers, and one rookie starting pitcher who is just a guy (Spencer Turnbull). None of these guys move the needle at all.

David Robertson has 137 career saves, a career 2.90 ERA and 880 strikeouts, was Setup Man of the Year, went to 1 ASG and will end his current contract having made $81M. He's had a pretty great career, but currently he's on the back end of it.

Hunter and Morgan definitely fit the journeyman reliever mold. Turnbull has had a really good rookie season on an awful team and Nelson has had a really rough year.

Arguably one of the 5 best NBA players right now from the SEC.

It's either Middleton or DeAndre Jordan.

He's an All-Star and a very good player. Also his only competition for Texas A&M would be DeAndre Jordan. Jordan has had the longer, better career, but Middleton is the better player now.

Okay so he is better than a journeyman. He's been a good relief pitcher.

The rest of the Alabama guys have been pretty meh, and Turnbull has been decent his rookie year (but he is 26). I think his ceiling is pretty low too. Hopefully he ends up with a solid career.

Yea, we've had a nice collection of solid, professional, long time pros (Avila, Morgan, Nelson, Hunter, Robertson) but no real breakout stars. That streak is gonna last a lot longer given we aren't exactly stacking the minor league pipelines with talent the last 2-3 years.

Don’t you have like two guys in the league? I’m not too sure you’re in a position for spit takes just because you lucked into Ben Simmons.
