Who’s going DOWN in the first round?

Surely the SEC won’t go a perfect 8-0 in the opening round. Odds are just against it and pressure is mounting for the last 3 teams after the 5-0 start.
So, the question is, WHO’S it going to be?
Looking at you Auburn:

Auburn has an easy path to a sweet 16 IMO. Arkansas possibly with Butler.

My prediction is Mizzou and Arkansas, but I also thought A&M would lose.

Mizzou has a tough game. Think FSU might win

Probably I just wanted to post the Waterboy gif though.

The round ball guru Dicky V took Charleston as his Fri upset

I think its becoming clear that the SEC is a better league than many thought, and probably better than how the seeding even portrayed.
There is a reason why the SEC had more Quadrant 1 wins than any other league coming into this Tournament.
The 8 SEC teams that received bids into the Tournament compiled 12 wins against OOC teams that received a Top 12 seed in the NCAA Tournament..... overall they were 12-14 against such teams. The losses? Three of the 14 losses came to future 1-Seeds in the NCAA Tournament.... another three came against future 2-Seeds in the NCAA Tournament.
The SEC played an incredibly difficult slate of OOC games and performed very impressively. Even Vandy had a win over TCU (a 6-Seed in the NCAA Tourney). That right there should show you just how good the SEC was this year.
Part of the reason SEC teams were seeded so low is that we are balanced and therefore beat up on each other quite a bit. So the records weren't good enough for higher seeds but in reality, many of the 8 SEC teams in the Tournament probably are good eough to be seeded 2-3 slots higher had they not all beat up on each other.
Mississippi State, LSU, Georgia, and South Carolina may very well have been good enough to get into the Tournament as well had they played in any other league.

We are unfortunately. Our depth has been decimated.

Yup. Butler & FSU are favored.

Arkansas has a very tough 1st Round draw... especially for playing a 10-seed. Butler just seems like a better team than a typical 10-Seed. However, I can't think of a 2-Seed I'd rather have to play than Purdue. The Big 10 is very overrated. Purdue sort of limped down the stretch.
If Arkansas gets past Butler they actually have a fairly manageable path to the Elite 8. Texas Tech also struggled a bit down the stretch too.

Auburn stands a good chance to go down.

Vegas says otherwise. What a complete failure of a season if you look at where you were 3-4 weeks ago.

Ark has the toughest opponent, but auburn has been the most inconsistent. Missouri is hard to projecr. If porter is hot they could steamroll
