Auburn’s next 3
@UF (W)
@ Ark (toss up)
vs USC (W)

Tennessee’s next 3

The team up 2 games with only 3 games left.

What kind of dumbass question is that?

Auburn is 12-3 and Tennessee is 10-5 for reference.

Tennessee doesnt lose another game. I think we win 2 of 3 at least.

Slightly better chance for AU to win outright than to share. Slim chance that UT wins it outright.

I'll guess AU outright.

Congrats on your soon to be first SEC bball title this millennium. We got ours a few years ago. Be happy that you locked it up with a big lead and not ask dumb questions. It would have to be a complete and epic meltdown to not win the title at this point. You could go 0-3 and still win it outright.

If Auburn doesn't win it outright then something went seriously amiss.

Regardless, this has been the most excited I've been about UT basketball since the 2010 season. Barnes just took a team full of 3* sophomore's that everyone picked to finish 13th in the league and has worked wonders. I had us going 19-11 before the year started and hoping to be on the good side of the bubble. I'll take 20-7 (10-5) with 3 games to go anytime. A 2nd place regular season finish wouldn't break my heart at all.

Auburn outright or Auburn-UT share, but Auburn with head to head. Either way, Auburn is a 1 or 2 seed in SEC.

If UT loses two or three games, Which team has a chance to move to the #2 spot at 11-7?

Gotta be Mississippi State right? If UT loses 2 games, one of them is gonna be on the road @ MSU. If MSU is in the business of beating UT, it's not likely they lose to USC or LSU.

That being said, I'm not sure I see MSU beating UT right now.

Even with the H2H it's a shared title. You'd just get the one seed vs two in the tourney which doesn't mean a whole lot.

I don't know. I don't see that happening though with a remaining schedule of @OM @MSU & vs UGA.

The toughest part of our schedule is behind us at this point.

Auburn holds the tiebreaker. The trophy is already engraved.

ETA: apparently I’m wrong.

I’m just happy there’s so much basketball talk this season. It kind of reveals the whole “I don’t really care about basketball” thingie to be utter crap. Everyone likes a winner.

Auburn would have to go 0-3 not to win at least a share.

The tiebreaker is only for seeding in the SECT. Both would get a trophy (just like TAMU/UK 2 or 3 years ago).
