This is a better team than 19 Bama.
With Waddle and Dickerson healthy, I give the edge to '20 Bama. This Bama OL could handle the LSU front much better. I think Mac is a better QB than Tua (I know that's heretical to say, but true). Obviously, Burrow and the Tigers are going to score their share. But I just think the package of Najee, DS6, Waddle, Billingsley behind that great OL with Mac distributing is just too much for a fairly pedestrian LSU defense.
If Bama20 plays LSU19 a hundred times, I think Bama20 wins 53-54 of them. Really close matchup.

These are two great teams. It’s a pointless argument to have over who would win, who is better, etc. LSU fans will say 2019 LSU, Alabama fans will say 2020 Alabama.

2020 is better at every position except wide receiver and maybe safety. And being perfectly honest the gap between Jeudy/Ruggs/Smith versus Waddle/Smith/Metchie is pretty small. Yea 2019 Bama had Waddle too but we very rarely had 4 wideouts on the field at once
Mac maybe technically isnt better than Tua but our system this year was better and Mac ran it to perfection
