Easily Auburn or none is the best bet.

Not a bad question.

I’d initially say Auburn. But if UF can only win 1 of the 3 UGA would mean the most to me.

I actually think we will win 2 of 3 somehow. I wouldn’t care who they lost to.

GEORGIA.... we have a plan. During pre-game, let a live gator out of its pen and attack the crap out of Uga to set the tone for the game. It worked for TEXAS.

I never take the Florida game lightly, but of those three I think your best odds are against Auburn. Malzahn is a lame duck, he'll be gone sometime during 2019 and he knows it IMO. Likely by mid-season his team will know it too and they'll do what Auburn teams frequently do, and quit. It probably won't be a full fledged retreat by October, but enough for Florida to have good odds of winning that game.

They are capable of beating all three.

That said, before the summer I would have said Georgia, because they want revenge and it is such a rivalry game. Add to that the wins we had the past two years, it would make it easier for Georgia to overlook them or underestimate them.

However, after Mullen took shots at Georgia, I suspect they will be ready for Florida.

I'll say Auburn, but if their Oline gells and their young QB clicks they will be tough to beat, too.

LSU is, imo, going to have an excellent year. I'm not sure they can beat Alabama, but they can probably beat everybody else on their schedule.

All that said, it will be tough for Florida to beat any of the three, but it also wouldn't surprise me if they beat one and maybe two of those.

That was funny actually. I am envisioning it.

Outside of the epic disaster that was 2012, can you point to any time in history where AU "quit" on a lame duck HC?

I've never seen a situation quite like this one, where the head coach is a lame duck for an entire offseason. But, as for quitting, 2011, 12, 14, 15. And 2018 looked pretty uninspired down the stretch until they faced Purdue, one of the least talented teams in the P5. But, maybe I'm putting too much emphasis on how your teams have looked during the second half of the UGA games.

I'm not sure AU can afford to lame duck him barring an absolutely pitiful season... The whole 75% of remaining salary bit is just painful. I think 6-6 he's gone, 7-5 questionable but probably gone, 8-4 he likely stays... 2020 would be the year I'd see circled as the put up or shut up year...

With that said, home losses to UGA and Bama to close out the season (if that happened) might be enough to push it over the edge of there are two other frustrating losses...

For some reason I think we beat Auburn and Georgia this year, yet fall to LSU somehow.

And then we see LSU again the SEC championship and get revenge.

I'm sticking to it. Bama is done after their shellacking in the CFP.

Georgia fans are pitful. Auburn has a better current win streak over Florida than they do.

Florida fans just know Auburn and all of its fans are looking forward to this game and playing your boys!

Big difference between playing lousy and quitting. By this standard, we could say UGa "quit" in the 2nd half of the 2017 DSOR.

In 2012 it was painfully clear that most of AU's players gave up on Chiz after the first quarter of the TAMU game. At no other time in AU history can I think of a time when the team as a whole packed it in.

If there's actually 75% remaining. The storyline of the Gus meetings changed so much and got so muddled, that it's hard to say exactly what took place. If you've watched Auburn operate over a length of time, they've had some experience with crisis management and that's part of their technique IMO.

Good chance we'll find out soon if something substantive did change. I think he needs a really good season to keep his job, like win the west or win 10 and beat Georgia.
