At the time he won a championship, Jay Barker, although he turned nice Jr and Sr seasons, but in 1992 season he was not very good.

Jay Barker gets my vote. He was garbage. But that defense was insane.

Jay Barker wasn't really good in 1992. By his senior year he had become a pretty good QB. Gino Torretta wasnt horrible but definitely wasnt great. Mcleroy wasnt great, but far from the worst. He was a very smart QB.
