Florida currently leads LSU 33-29-3

Georgia leads Auburn 59-56-8

Good chance after this year LSU is within 3, and Auburn is back down to 4

Both are great great series. UGA seems to have Auburn’s number so I see UGA keeping the lead.

Auburn is a luckier school than LSU.

Therefore, Auburn.

Bold to pencil Florida in as an auto win when you’ve lost 2 out of the last 3 games against them

How many sec teams does Florida lead all time with? I don't think it's many. I'm a little surprised they lead lsu. I know they don't lead bama, auburn or Georgia. Not sure about Tennessee.

Auburn will tie UGA first. Auburn pulls seasons out of its butt when no one expects them to.

Neither is the only good answer.

We lead it by 8 games.

Down by 8 games to UGA and 5 to Auburn.

Good chance? What like 50 percent?

Cause we beat you last year..and this series is always insanely close. LSU fans are way too cocky about things for some reason. LSU vs UF is always basically a toss up. To claim it's a good chance you win when both enter the season top ten is just dumb.

Crazy thing is about this series, every game since 2014 has been decided in the final minutes:

2014: LSU GW fg as time expires
2015: LSU fake fg for eventual winning TD
2016: UF goal line stand for the win
2017: LSU stops UF on 4th down on the final drive of the game
2018: UF pick 6 with less than 2 minutes to go to seal the win

With a couple of weird bounces going different ways, LSU or UF could have built up a pretty nice win streak against each other.

Did Auburn pick up any UGA players? If so, LSU

Auburn is beating Georgia this year. I’d pick Auburn.

Fun fact:

From 1988 to 2001 Flordia went 13-1 against LSU. That's kind of amazing how bad LSU (well not in 2000 and 2001) was and good Florida was. But this is why Flordia has the lead in the series. Since 2001, LSU has gone 10-7 against Florida. However, two of those losses are from O who is 1-2 against them, so it's hard from me to say that LSU will take the series lead soon. I think that the series moving forward will continue to be pretty even which means we stay a few games behind like we are now.

It’s entirely possible that the answer is neither.

I think Florida and Georgia are safe. It's only year 2 for Mullen and Florida is going to continue to improve. Auburn is hit or miss each year and Smart is going to keep Georgia rolling.

It took Auburn making mediocre hire after mediocre hire for UGA to barely take the series lead. That won’t last much longer, and Auburn will take back the series.
