Who are your shocking teams that could potentially make conference moves?

I think the Big 10 could go after Colorado and Georgia Tech, and maybe Virginia.

Doesn't Virginia Tech have to follow Virginia around? Then again I thought the same with Oklahoma State and Oklahoma.

SEC should just expand to 24. frick it.

No. They weren’t even in the same conference for 90 percent of their history

I think the B1G will look to merge with the 9 AAU schools from the PAC.
USC
UCLA
Stanford
California
Arizona
Colorado
Utah
Washington
Oregon
+ Kansas
This brings them to 24 teams.. if PSU leaves, they go after Vanderbilt or Missouri

No way that happens. That’s geographically untenable.

Not really if you have pod play.
I think that's what the BIG10 does as well

At this rate with how the SEC will look, I hope Clemson. ACC is gonna shite the bed with an add to 16. They’ll add some rag like UConn and the ACC will be a third rate conference.

You think the new Pac 12 commissioner is going to pursue a path that essentially ends his job?
Posted on 7/23/21 at 1:49 pm to Bjorn Cyborg
Pac 12 grant of rights expires after the 2023 season. They are very vulnerable unless they make some big additions that change the media licensing and competitive trajectory they are on quickly. Colorado to the B10 would be of great interest to Boulder I believe with Nebraska and Kansas joining.
The ACC has a decade of grant of rights left. Those teams aren't going anywhere. The only reason OU and UT are leaving with a grant of rights is they fully expect the conference to implode and not enforce it.

The ACC needs to go big, or not only will they fail to grow, but will lose members and shrink.

Pretty stout conference. At that point we just consume the ACC and you have two Mega Conferences

As I stated in an earlier thread, I think Mizzou to the Big Ten in partnership with Kansas is a realistic possibility. Colorado, Kansas, Mizzou, and maybe even Kentucky to the Big Ten could be the ultimate power grab and I could understand the motivations for all 4 schools.

Clemson belongs in the SEC, you already play them every year anyway, what does it matter if they are in the same conference

I dont see Kentucky, a founding member, leaving. Why would they?

Not an AAU school. Maybe they change their thought process, but I would be shocked.
