I think you have to go with Tennessee in the East. With that recruiting class shaping up, it looks as if Pruitt might be building a strong program up in Knoxville.
In the West its much more complicated. We all know it wouldn’t be Auburn with Chaggie on the sideline or A&M, especially if Mond is granted another year.
I’m gonna go with Arkansas.
Recruiting looks again to be solid with two of the best coordinators in the league. The HC is unproven but is bringing a tough mentality back to Fayetteville.
1b would be LSU. They benefit from losing a lot of talent off the NC team and having a free year to recalibrate.

They benefit from losing their starting QB, RB, and most of their O-line?

LSU - They can claim back to back championships

I don’t think any team benefits from missing a full season worth of competition, but it does at least give teams that are either young or injury riddled time to progress. It does however hurt those veteran players who could potentially have their junior/senior year taken away

Blue bloods like Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State and Texas. They have the money to stay afloat. Other programs will tank.

Recruiting looks to be solid with two of the best coordinators? Barry Odom got beat for a recruit by his DC when he was the Missouri HC! here is the link
You can see two recruiter's names, one for Kansas and one for Missouri.

I think getting out there is really the only way you can improve, which Arkansas needs alot of

His coaching ability has nothing to do with his recruiting. I was saying they have a solid recruiting class in addition to good coordinators.

It depends on the product that goes out there. I think the team regressed last year after consistently getting whooped.

They did but I think actually getting out there and getting over that hump is the only way to fix it. I don't think you can fix those issues by having a year off.

Missouri should be on herem too since this will give Drinkwitz more time to know his players and the players know his offense system. He should be able to get the coaches and players ready to compete if given more time. All new HCs will benefit with more time if they were given to them.
