I’ll go with Ole Miss - not much of a chance of them getting invited to join an elite conference. I am afraid they would look a lot like Louisiana Tech if they ever left the SEC.

Honestly, Auburn.

It would be the aTm runs from Texas story rehashed.

We’d be fine - would probably join the ACC and dominate everyone but Clemson

Toss-up between the following:
Vandy: Would lose a lot of athletic revenue with no hope of joining a good conference and would have to shutter healthy programs they are actually good at such as baseball, sometimes basketball, and the more niche sports.

Ole Miss: They could maybe swing another P5 conference based on athletic performance, but they would likely end up being pariahs of those conferences with some of their unsavory history. Their fans and students would absolutely not fit in with another conference and they would eventually just wind up in whatever conference Southern Miss plays in.

Missouri
Without the motivation of SEC competition they would fall into complete irrelevancy

Tenn
Could swing a P5 conference but no one in that conference would give a shite about their “history”, and UTenn would quickly become irrelevant,

Everyone except Vanderbilt and and Mizzou would be readily accepted into the ACC. Not sure why the ACC would invite another private school; they have too many as is.

These schools, Georgia, Florida, SCAR, and Kentucky, would probably get less money in the ACC, but would get more football wins. Auburn would also do fine in the ACC and I'm sure the Big12 would love to have both TAMU and Mizzou back.

The answer has to be Vanderbilt.

This is who would suffer the most, not who would gain the most.

Not sure.

Florida and Georgia would get into another conference quickly. Maybe the big 10 with their academics.

Arkansas would get into big 12 with A&M.

Auburn would probably go ACC.

Alabama might go Big 12.

Auburn has won 45% of their games against their in state rival and has won their share of conference championships along with national championship appearances.

Auburn if it also meant the Iron Bowl went away. If the Iron Bowl stayed, then it wouldn't be Auburn.

There are others who would be in worse shape, Miss St would overall decline the furthest down, but I think the drop for a team like Auburn would be more significant compared to what they enjoy now.

But as far as fan base suffering, that would be A&M. Texas fans would never let them here the end of it.

Let's not kid ourselves. Every team in the SEC would suffer if kicked out. There would be no winners. As to who would lose the most, it would be Vanderbilt.

Vandy?

Nah, it would be Alabama when they’re finally caught buying players and having The Baby Bear Alumni Glee Club Support the player’s families ...

Check out Tua’s dad selling those hi-end cars making ridiculous $$$.

Yep, there would be wailing and gnashing of teeth

In the East, I think Kentucky and Vandy would be fine moving to the ACC and would hold their own in football, baseball, and basketball. I think UGA and UF would take a dip, but I think both would be too tier in the ACC (which I think is where they’d all end up). UT would be more competitive immediately in football so that’s a plus for them. I think South Carolina would suffer more than any East team having to live in Clemsons shadow and not have the SEC recruiting angle. Mizziou could leave and nobody will remember or miss them.

Nah, we’d probably go Big 10. They’d be all over UF, imagine the payout they could get if they jumped into the Florida market.
