Of course, every fanbase has these people, but these “fans” tend to do some, or even all of the following:

• Post pictures of themselves at the game, just for social media clout

• Not care about what happens on the field and say “Well, at least we all had fun” when their team loses

• Leave early to beat traffic, no matter the score

• Not give a shite about their team when they’re not having the greatest season

• Not be very knowledgeable about the game of football

So which SEC fanbase do you think fits this the best?

Everyone in the pine belt of Mississippi changes the sticker on the back window of their trucks depending on which wins the national championship

It depends on which team is the most successful at the moment. Also women are most likely to say "Go team! We are #1!" Without knowing a single player.

I just don't get it. Its fine if you think football is boring, but why pretend to be a huge fan if you aren't? Whats the goal here?

Based on this alone, I'd wager:
Vanderbilt

If we're limiting it to football, I'd think South Carolina and Kentucky probably have their years like this too.

In the SEC probably Alabama or Ole Miss (maybe less now than when they were good though) LSU has our fair share though especially since last year. However your criteria can easily apply to the entire PAC-12.

All of them but Aggy, IMO. No one would casually cheer for them unless they felt some moral imperative to do so.

Well, seeing how BAMA is AMERICA'S team! I'll wager it's the U. of AL.
