Which other SEC programs could have won titles with Lester and Ed?

Alabama
Clearly they won because of what Saban built.

Whichever ones were built up by Saban.

How many titles has Michigan State won?

Good point since LSU hadn’t won one in over 40 years before Saban but from what I’ve read Charlie McClendon was probably a pretty good coach. If Bryant had built LSU’s program before McClendon like Saban did before Miles and Oregon, McClendon might have won one

I didn't realize Michigan State was in the SEC.

So are Les and Igor idiots and Saban built it? Or are they program builders themselves? I can’t keep up with the narrative.

He is a great program builder, just look at what he's done with Alabama.
A modern day Moses, brought them back to the promise land.

And? If any program can win a title after being built up by Saban, why hasn't Michigan State been more successful?

Why was LSU wandering before Saban?

Pervert Miles got in with 2 losses. That’s more luck than coaching skills

Les Miles's national championship in 2007 is 100% owed to what Saban built at LSU from 2000-2004. The majority of the leadership on that team were players recruited to LSU by Nick Saban prior to his departure to the NFL. Ed Orgeron may or may not be the second coming of Gene Chizik. His track record prior to his arrival at LSU tends to support that hypothesis but who knows at this point? It's too early to tell.

Sounds like Miles and Orgeron are better at maintaining success than the guys in Lansing.
Spurrier built up a championship program as did Urbam Meyer. Why didn't they just keep rolling?
Tennessee had a championship program. Why didn't they just keep rolling if it's so easy?

I agree, Aggie couldn't even get into a 4 team playoff with only one loss.
The program is cursed.

Our President and AD didn't care as much about winning as Emmert and Bertman did. They went and got Saban and then put more money into football.

It has nothing to do with the comment that I responded to.

You responded to my comment initially. The reason why I don't indulge you is because we are talking about programs found exclusively in the SEC per the parameters set by the OP. It's not my fault you didn't read the thread title before you tried to own me.

So not Saban at all, right?

I mean, they did eventually hire a Saban guy that brought their best success since Saban and arguably the 1960s.
