Solo tackles are stats for safeties.

TFL and sacks are stats for linemen.

I'd have to evaluate the players like the NFL teams do, their history, who they played, upside, injuries etc I'm not a pro scout, but I did sleep in a holiday inn express last night

A plays on a swarming defense, I can tell by all of the assists
B is impressive with 62 solos,

I think I'll take A because i have a feeling he would be up there with B in solos if he didn't play on such a good defense.
I have no idea who I picked so please let me know.

I’ll take the best player and one who will be drafted highest.

That’ll be Jeff Holland.

You left out a very important detail.. QB Hurries. Holland had way more than anyone else and it affects a lot of plays.

Inside LB should have more tackles than DE.

This is a false choice.

There are many really good players in the SEC.
