Which coach lasts longer at his current school, Muschamp or Butch?

I go with Muschamp due to the lower expectations at South Carolina.

For your weak obsession and overall shitty threads...

Depends on if our fans are content with only beating next year's abortion of a Florida team by 42, instead of 70+ like we should.

Another day, another forevergator USC-centric post.

Depends on how long Butch can keep the wool over UT's eyes.
My bet is that Muschamp will have enough success to keep SC happy, so I'm going with Will.

This is actually a tough question. I'm not sure UT's lesbian coach will be there in 5 years when Muschamp is fired.
I'll go with Muschamp because Screwster thinks Boom should have gotten 5 years at UF so I'm sure he thinks that Boom should get 6 or 7 at USC.

Butch is already nearing the limit of tolerance. He has to win now. Boom will have about 3 years before his frick ups will bite him.

Butch will be gone in 2-3 years. No control over his players.

Plot twist.. in 3 years Muschamp takes the Tennessee job.

Muschamp got to UF within 3 years of a National Championship season. He got to USC within 3 years of a Capital One Bowl victory. Also tDecline at USC over those 3 years was a lot greater than at UF so put those 2 together and of course expectations are lower regardless of historical performance. Now to Butch. He has plenty of talent to make it to Atl. He is coaching against the least experienced field the East has probably ever seen. If UT doesn't make it to ATL in at least 1 of the next 2 years, he's getting the can.
Edit: in fact, it isn't a tough call.

Muschamp, he has a better staff.

Jones on account of the Bob Shoop hiring. VOLS defense is about to be nasty, and it will remain nasty for at least a couple of years.

Hard to say. Muschamp will probably be fired in 3-4 years, while Butch could get a "promotion" to somewhere like USC or Ohio State. He's a world-class recruiter.

Boom has three years at USC before he gets fired.
Does Lyle have the same at UTK?
