Where would Texas A&M finish in Texas 6A HS football?

I think they'd make the playoffs and get beat by one of the better teams (Katy, Allen, Duncanville, etc...).
I'd say 8-2 regular season, then 2-1 in the playoffs.
A&M would make (so icy) rings for the 10-3 season and 3rd Rd. playoff exit.
The next season their concession stands would have souvenir cups with the score of their 1st round playoff game printed on the side.

They might give Allen a run for their money. That stadium over there is pretty nice. The atmosphere is similar to college station too (the name of a&m’s stadium escapes me)

I didn’t appreciate the fame of such a cup at the time the LSU version was available this year.
So I failed to keep any after game 1, when they were used.
My biggest regret of the season.

In all seriousness, I think that if Vandy were playing Texas 6a football, they’d go 15-0. And the mercy rule would go into effect in every game no later than the second quarter.

Texas HS football isn't on the same stratosphere as Georgia, Bama, Mississippi, Florida and Louisiana and a bazillion people live there.

Partially agree. Texas is head and shoulders better than those except Florida. Which is right there with Texas.
