I think Clemson's dropped game was UNC and UNC just couldn't close the deal.
I mean frick...they face absolutely no one. It's absolutely pathetic. USCe is the only team that has even remotely a chance unless Clemson goes full retard like they did vs UNC.

We have lost 1 game this year. Not 2.

That would make this USCe’s best season ever if they knocked off 2 top 5 teams and played in a mid level bowl

I really like the Wake Forest QB

I think most people realize that we're PROBABLY going to end up with clemson/OU/OSU/ and bama/lsu winner of SECCG as the 4. Boring.
What's intriguing to me is if UGA loses again, let's say to AU, then beats bama/lsu in the SECCG. Most years 2 losses would automatically knock you out for certain, however in 2017 AU was a stone cold lock for the playoffs with 2 losses had they beat UGA in the SECCG. Assuming OU/CU/OSU are all in, I'm curious on the discussion for who would get that 4th spot.

I don't think it's going to happen but if Georgia won out and finished 12-1 and SEC champs they would be in the playoffs. I don't see how that's even debatable.
Same would be true for Florida.

the SEC needs OU, OSU, or Clemson to drop a game to get 2 teams in.

UGA lost to Scar. None of that is going to happen

didn't your team make the playoffs after losing to a team that lost 8 games?

Just take your participation trophy and be happy.

You just made an asinine claim about our loss to South Carolina somehow being worse than your loss to Syracuse literally 3 years ago. GFY

Assuming no crazy upsets happen before the end of the season
You say this the week after Wisconsin lost to Illinois which happened just a week after Georgia lost to South Carolina.
How many playoffs came even close to having 4 undefeated teams?

Some Penn State fans are worried that an 11-1 Alabama would make it over a 13-0 Penn State. Of course, they'd have to beat Ohio State first to get there, and Penn State looked less than CFP-worthy in the second half vs Michigan.

Clemson and OU will make the playoff and the other 2 spots will be given to the winners of ... without question LSU @ Bama (11/9) and Penn St @ Ohio St (11/23).
So, I guess the SEC East got no say in this?

that is without a doubt the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Not you posting it, just the thought in general. There is a 0% chance a 13-0 PSU would miss the playoffs.
