Genuinely curious. I know that they lost their QB but I expect them to be dangerous regardless

Losing Fitzgerald is actually a good thing. Now they'll actually have a QB who doesn't suck at the "throwing balls to receivers in a timely and accurate mannter" part of the game.

Their offense has to improve from last year. Defense takes a step back, but will still be good. They have the potential to sneak up on some teams if the offense can get marginally better.

Solid point. Tommy has some wheels to go with it too.

You can pretty much wrap it up with this. I do think the defense won't regress as much as people are saying it will. We have one of the best LB units in the league playing in front of some very experienced seniors in the secondary. If our pass rush is even half as good as last year, we will be a tough team to put a lot of points on.

A&M will be garbage. Watch. Rumor is Jimbo is looking for a way out already.

I actually have a pretty good inside source who said the same thing about Jimbo wanting out.

Heard he is interested in heading out to USC or up to Michigan after this season.

It should (fingers crossed)

Defense was #2 in the nation. They could take a significant step back and still be damn good. What they need is some help from the offense, especially in big games.

I'm still not comfortable in knowing what personality Coach JoMo wants in his team, so I don't know what to predict.
